Rachael E. Bank’s practice currently focuses primarily on workers' compensation subrogation and health insurance/ERISA subrogation in both New York and New Jersey. She represents workers' compensation insurance carriers and health insurers as well as large employers who have self-funded health plans or maintain large self-insured retentions. She also serves as local counsel for the firm’s other attorneys when they handle large loss property subrogation matters in New Jersey and New York.
Rachael began her career in 2004 practicing liability insurance defense in cases involving transportation liability and premises liability. She then found her true calling when she began handling health and workers' compensation subrogation. Her thorough preparation, knowledge of the law, and aggressive yet practical approach have garnered the respect of the judges and opposing counsel with whom she deals and, of course, the appreciation of her clients who continually seek her assistance to maximize their recoveries.
